The top floor with 2 double bedrooms, ensuite and balcony enjoys superb views across the harbour and Solent. Below the open plan living room and dining room opens out onto a balcony and then onto a large roof-deck area with further dining space and BBQ, all overlooking the harbour and Solent. A further three double/twin bedrooms complete the accommodation.
The Aspect is just moments from the Red Jet fast service to Cowes; for those coming to Cowes to sail, no need for a car, just park in Southampton and walk from the Red Jet. For those wishing to explore the Island parking is available in the residents zones behind the High Street (permits provided at no additional cost).

There are 5 bedrooms, 4 can be set up as twins or doubles, the smaller of the two top floor bedrooms can only be a double. The kitchen is light and spacious. The living room has a wood burner and is open plan with the dining area and opens out onto a balcony and roof deck. There are 3 bath/showers.
